Your Impact:

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Contributor to contribute to the success of Thriven Design. Working closely with their team in all phases of architecture. Project experience should include all phases of architectural design projects from set-up through design and construction administration. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and documentation throughout the project lifecycle including design concept, project requirements, drawing and specification development, and construction administration
• Developing and expanding knowledge, with guidance from others, of building detailing, building science, envelope, and building systems
• Growing awareness and learning about project requirements, such as codes, funding requirements and client standards
• Contribute to project management using appropriate tools to schedule/track your time on projects.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Experience: At least 2 years of job-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
• Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
